I work with offices, shops, landlords and small businesses. The job is planned with you in advance, including early starts, evenings or weekends where that can be arranged, so the work fits around your day.
You deal with me from the first message to the final check. With around 15 years of experience across London, I do the cleaning myself.

The full commercial process (8 steps)
- Site check. Carpet type, traffic areas and access agreed first.
- Planning. Timing set around opening hours.
- Furniture. Chairs and small items moved as agreed.
- Dry vacuum. Grit and debris removed first.
- Traffic-lane pre-treatment. Entrances and walkways given extra attention.
- Hot water extraction. Dirt and residue rinsed out with professional equipment.
- Spot treatment. Remaining marks treated individually.
- Handover. Drying times and maintenance advice for the space.

Often, yes. Early starts, evenings or weekends can usually be arranged, tell me what suits you when you get in touch.
Do you clean carpet tiles?
Yes. Carpet tiles in offices are usually synthetic and respond well to hot water extraction.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes, end-of-tenancy and between-tenants cleans, with an invoice for your records.
How long until staff can walk on it?
Usually a few hours, depending on the carpet and ventilation. I’ll give you a realistic time for each area.
Can you do regular maintenance cleans?
Yes. Regular cleaning of traffic areas keeps the carpet looking better between deep cleans. We can agree a schedule.
