- Arrival and walk-through. We agree what matters most.
- Fibre and stain check. Tested before choosing solutions.
- Preparing the room. Small furniture moved, edges protected.
- Dry vacuum. Dry soil out before water goes down.
- Pre-treatment. Spots and traffic lanes treated.
- Agitation. Solution worked into the pile.
- Hot water extraction. Rinse and extraction with Prochem equipment.
- Final check and drying advice. We look at the result together.
