I check the fabric on a hidden spot, explain what to expect, then clean section by section.

We look over the sofa before I go, and I tell you when it’s ready to use.

Every step of a sofa clean (8 steps)

Label and fabric check. The care code tells me which method is safe.
Spot test. Tried on a hidden area first.
Deep vacuum. Seams, piping and under every cushion.
Targeted pre-spray. Arms, headrests and marks pre-treated.
Soft-brush agitation. Loosens soil without roughing up the fabric.
Rinse and extract. Prochem equipment, moisture kept under control.
Pile brushed. Left neat so it dries evenly.
Walk-round and aftercare. Drying time and how to keep it clean.
