What to do before I arrive.
Blot a fresh spill with a clean white cloth. Don’t rub, and don’t reach for supermarket sprays, which can set a stain or bleach the fibre. Scrape off anything solid and keep pets and children away from the area.
Then send me a photo. I’ll tell you honestly what’s likely to come out and the earliest time I can get to you. Urgent jobs depend on my diary, so I can’t promise same-day, but I’ll always say straight away.
You deal with me directly, from the first message to the final check. With around 15 years of experience across London, I do the work myself.

The full urgent-clean process (8 steps)
- Quick advice. What to do, and not do, while you wait.
- Identify the spill. What it is and what it’s on.
- Remove the excess. Lifted before any liquid goes on.
- Targeted treatment. A spotting agent matched to the spill.
- Extraction. Rinsed out so it doesn’t wick back up.
- Area clean. Cleaned beyond the spot so no ring is left.
- Odour treatment. Where needed for pet accidents.
- Drying advice. How to help it dry quickly.

Sometimes, it depends on my diary. Message me straight away and I’ll tell you honestly how soon I can get there.
What should I do with a fresh spill?
Blot with a clean white cloth and a little cold water. Don’t rub, and avoid household stain sprays.
Is a red wine spill too late after a day?
Not necessarily. Older spills are harder, but many still improve a lot with the right treatment.
Can you deal with pet accidents?
Yes, the spot is cleaned and treated at the source so the smell doesn’t come back.
Do you charge extra for urgent jobs?
The price depends on the job. Send a photo and you’ll know the cost before I come.
Can you help before a tenancy check-out?
