Your price is based on what we discuss before the appointment, including the photos and information you provide.

If I find something on arrival that significantly changes the work, I’ll explain it and agree any extra cost with you before doing anything.

How I work

Carpets, upholstery, rugs, mattresses and leather each need a different approach. Here’s everything I clean, and how each job is handled.

Initial Assessment

I start by looking at the material, its condition and any stains, then choose the cleaning method that suits it.

Cleaning Procedure

The clean is done with professional hot water extraction equipment, adjusted to the fibre, to lift dirt, residue and odours.

Final Inspection

When the work is finished, we look at the result together. If anything needs another look, it gets one before I leave.
